This page speaks to information on the wedding of Michael Lammers and Katie Anderson.

I root for and follow the Minnesota Golden Gophers Women's Soccer team in season.

I follow the Bears and Lady Bears of Missouri State University at Springfield, Missouri, with most interest in soccer.

This site features over 190 outdoor web cameras strategically located throughout Norway.

Included is good information from Luster, a municipality in the county Sogn og Fjordane, Norway. Some of my roots are in Luster.

The University of Tromso has an easily accessed census for years 1865, 1875 and 1900, and can save one time when looking for an answer in a hurry back in Norway.

The Norway List receives greater usage by me than anything else on the web. It is an on going history lesson on matters pertaining to Norway and emigrants, plus it is entertaining.

The Valdres Samband is an association of persons hailing from that valley in Norway or their descendants. Valdres is roughly 30 miles wide and 80 miles long. I belong to the Samband for part of my roots are in Valdres, Nord Aurdal and Vestre Slidre.

The National Census in Norway from 1801, plus the Bergen Harbor activity for a 50 year period is most helpful to me and I like to refer to this site frequently, for it is user friendly.

Steinar Vissebraaten lives in Nesbyen, in Hallingdal, and is a valuable resource where that part of Norway is concerned. Several forbears lived in his community before coming to America in 1850 while others were from nearby Flaa. One of Steinar's current projects has been that of church records.
